We are Norway’s leading provider of rule-based IT solutions, and since 2003 we have been helping public and private sector organizations automate their workflow, analyze regulations, and make better decisions.

In recent years, we have seen growing demand for our solutions and services, and the company continues to grow. We now have 29 employees who can provide a variety of services.

Decision Intelligence

We provide the SMARTS platform, which helps organizations automate decision-making processes. Our consultants and developers work closely with clients to set up the solution, train users within their organizations, and tailor it to the business’s needs. Learn more.

At Decisive, we have tech leads, architects, and front-end and back-end developers who typically work on solutions where the back end is written in Java or Kotlin. Project Management & Consulting

Our consultants have extensive experience in tax law, the National Insurance Act, and various benefits administered by NAV and the Immigration Administration. We have carried out projects for Bane NOR, the Norwegian Railway Authority, Brønnøysund Register Center, KLP, Gabler, Helseplattformen, and the Norwegian Building Authority. Our History

Decisive was founded in December 2003 with four employees. Its first clients were the Police, the National Insurance Administration, the Storting, and Bluegarden.

We have many years of experience with rule-based solutions, and our employees have been working with such systems since 1997. We specialize in Decision Management Systems and the interaction between this technology and its environment. This includes rule analysis, implementation of business logic, laws, and regulations, as well as integration into SOA-based solutions to improve system efficiency and increase the level of automation in case processing.
