The consultants at Decisive are a diverse group with varied backgrounds and educational backgrounds in fields such as management information systems, political science, physics, economics, and law. Decisive has several consultants who specialize in pensions. In addition, we have extensive experience in tax law, the National Insurance Act, and various benefits administered by NAV and the immigration authorities. We have carried out assignments for Bane NOR, the Norwegian Railway Authority, Brønnøysund Register Center, KLP, Gabler, Helseplattformen, and the Norwegian Building Authority. We also have experience conducting privacy impact assessments related to the use of Copilot on the Microsoft 365 platform. GDPR – Implementation and Management of Data Protection in the Workplace
At Decisive, we have several IT specialists with solid experience and expertise in data protection and NIS2. We conduct risk assessments, DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessments), and surveys of personal data usage, including in the context of artificial intelligence. We also assist with privacy by design, drafting data processing agreements, preparing for regulatory inspections, and developing procedures for the storage, deletion, and use of personal data.
