In this context, we are looking for someone who is motivated to tackle issues at the intersection of law/regulation and IT, preferably within the public sector. As a consultant at Decisive, you will work on assignments involving a variety of tasks. For example, you may work on regulatory analysis, needs analysis, privacy by design, project management, and pure investigative assignments. Social
Decisive has a casual work environment and friendly colleagues. We go on annual seminar trips to selected destinations in Europe. Qualifications
We require that you have strong written and oral communication skills in Norwegian. You must also be able to read and understand English, as much of the course material and textbooks are available only in English.
We are looking for candidates who hold a master’s degree or equivalent. In some cases, relevant work experience may substitute for a lack of formal education.
You must have at least one year of experience in the public sector within the last five years or a master’s degree in public administration informatics.
Examples of tasks and assignments you might be assigned as a consultant at Decisive
- Conduct rule-based business analysis
- Assist the customer with regulatory compliance, such as in the area of data protection
- Conduct a needs assessment with the customer
- Describe functional requirements
- Lead projects or assist with project management
- Conduct studies in accordance with the study guidelines
- Describe the business architecture, including business processes
- Anchor the work within the business and organization

Place of work
Decisive AS is centrally located in Helsfyr at Fyrstikktorget, with easy access via a variety of public transportation options. However, most of our consultants are based at our clients’ offices, which are primarily located in the Oslo area.
